You must forget restore if you are going to change alignments as with every other spell, or if you just accidently forget the spell for whatever reason you do not have to do the restore quest again (kill storm). Basically once you have the legend mark "Avenged treachery against the dogs (Yuri --)" you always will be able to go back to the old man and dog in the wilderness to recieve the restore spell with no extra charge or requirement.
